Just finished in time for August 2006, these two bedroom self-catering holiday cottages have been luxuriously decorated and are the perfect holiday location to escape to the Cornish countryside.
Dave (a true Cornish man) and Caroline (originally from Yorkshire) Julyan have spent over three years building the holiday cottages and converting the barn in the same location into their home.
Their long hours of labour and attention to detail are evident in the finish. Both holiday cottages are luxuriously and immaculately decorated and every consideration for your holiday in Cornwall has been thought of. From the outside private and communal areas, to the inclusion of a washing mashine and dishwasher for your convenience, not to mention the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival - to make sure your holiday in Cornwall starts of the right way.
The holiday cottages are less than three miles from the sandy beaches of Perranporth, less than five miles to Truro, and Newquay is just 10mins away. Whichever way you look at it, these cottages are ideally situated for your holiday in Cornwall.
The kitchen and living area are open plan with double doors that open up onto your own private patio area, where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or enjoy a BBQ in the large garden area which is shared between the two holiday cottages.
The holiday cottages have two bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed (with room for a cot if required), and a fantastic mezzanine bedroom with twin beds.
The bathroom has a bath / shower, plus heated towel rail.
